As soon as the train came in I was in it . As quick as they could without leg or teeth the beggars followed me , the only white passenger this morning ! A child came and tell me the story often heard of his collection of coins. He is curious and he has a collection of coins of every country except mine ! How funny . I am from France could he have a franc ? No more francs . We have euros. So could he have one euro ? I don't have any but some do and give . When the child has 10 coins, the father or the grand brother exchange it for a bill with a tourist ready to go back home ...And then goes to the bank with his 10 euros's note to change it for 650 roupies ! Very nice and clever, isn't? This child was a bundle of joy . He got no euro but 10 roupies for this picture and was delighted with those 13 cents! Then I met again the fat baay I had already photographed yesterday afternoon who was as well going to Pondichéry with Mum and aunt ; Very few people in that train . It was great to feel the wind passing through while finishing the wonderful "The God of small things" by Arundhati Roy who told us a very beautiful and sad story of love and guilt situated in the backwaters ,which made it even more real for me.
Je voudrais prendre le temps de voir, d'entendre et d'être pour faire la preuve que la foi attire toute sorte de miracles.
