Then I was the Queen of the empty kitchen from 2 to 8 I was hoping to go to The Bog an Irish pub around 4 to enjoy the concert they were offering but more time I seem to spend making the house a palace more time I seem to need! I loved every person who was going to be there. 7 English, 3 Swiss, 1 Australian, 1 New Zelander, 3 German and me French /Irish .It was a lot of toasts to spread but when they all came in the sitting room for the “aperitif' they were happily surprised, I would say. Their joy to be welcome and to feel at home was a bit of the one I had been mixing with the paté” Spreading joy ! What else could we do on Xmas Eve?
