Festivities

The second night Martine picked me up on her way from work and first thing we did was to go and celebrate our frienship in an irish pub. Never too difficult to find in an Australian town . We went on chatting and chatting away at Rosie O' Graddy's, a name well liked around Clifden From there, after a lovely walk in the King's Park to have a global view of the City , we went and met David for diner at his Yatch Club . You see us on the previous post by his own boat . The Canning Witch . The wednesday, Martine was having her quilt group's friends at home as thet meet once a month to share their beautiful progresses . That same night we had invited David 's best best friends , Jimmy with whom he did emigrate and their friend Nole from Newport . Nole is married with a lovely lady, Eike, an Aussie from Germany ( you see them with David on the previous post ) while Jimmy came here with his already long time girl friend as they met at 16, Sue.( you see her standing up , in blue) As David married a French , the group is quite cosmopolitan . But one thing is sure : no regrets , they all love to be here . That was only a start . Since we had a BBQ at Jimmy and Sue , and invite some neighboours last night and will go to Nole to morrow and to the neighbourgs the night after and here it goes, the grand life every night !!!
