Didi ‘s step parents are absolutely wonderful . He , 73 a searcher and an inventor and She 71 whom he met when they were studying together at University have been happily married for 45 years and brought up 6 children . Now retired he is taking care of his 300 bonsais trees. He spent his life acquiring land around his own houseand planting trees , over 2àà hundreds, in order to found a "Santiago Family Compound" and to be able to give a piece of land in the shade to each of their children to built. Now conscious that those same children who live next door, have mortgages to pay and themselves kids to raise, the mother offers free meals (breakfast from 6am to 9) lunch and dinner the 2 days of every single week end . Children and grandchildren gather under the huge gazebo and it is the feast as the uncles, aunts and cousins joins as well with their own children!!!I was lucky enough to share breakfast twice with that incredibily accepting welcoming loving family who
demonstrates that everything can be shared safely between all of them including in laws as: "if there is listening there is understanding, if there is understanding there is compassion, if there is compassion you have to help the other one to grow even out of you and the only way to do that is LOVE and love more no matter what! no matter when !'
I just had to respect and admire them both !
