Il se trouve que le Golden City Hôtel est en fait un hôtel où viennent les méditants du monde occidental lorsqu’il y a des cessions de la méditation Vipassana que je pratique, de façon trop intermittence hélas ! moi aussi. Car le centre birman, en quelque sorte la maison mère, en est à quelques pas seulement. Comme je prépare mon anniversaire j’y vais régulièrement dans la soirée méditer une heure ou plus dans la salle chinoise. Mais même là, dans le calme de mon cœur, je ne parviens pas à mesurer l’ampleur des dégâts dont j’entends parler pour la première fois.
The Golden City Hotel is in fact I realise now an hotel for the Vipassana Meditation's occidental students . It is the Mother House for the whole world I would say as it is here in Yangon that the Buddha's true meditation technic has been strictly preserved then passed on into India. I go there regularly to meditate as I am pondering on my year ahead my birthday approaching fast! But even from the peace of the Chinese room combine to my inner peace I can't figure out what has exactly happened and why was it such a secret. The elections I would suppose.
