Le nouvel ordre Mondial

As I am in  Haïti I feel good to share this  written over 70 years ago and still so adequate 

A New World Order for the Common Good
oriented towards the welfare of the whole creation

Certain major and spiritual premises should lie back of all efforts to formulate the new world order:
1. The new world order must meet the immediate need and not be an attempt to satisfy some distant, idealistic vision.
2. The new world order will be founded on the recognition that all men are equal in origin and goal but that all are at differing stages of evolutionary development; that personal integrity, intelligence, vision and experience, plus a marked goodwill, should indicate leadership. […] The control of labor by capital or the control of capital by labor must also go.
3. In the new world order, the governing body in any nation should be composed of those who work for the greatest good of the greatest number and who at the same time offer opportunity to all, seeing to it that the individual is left free.
4. The new world order will be founded on an active sense of responsibility. The rule will be "all for one and one for all." This attitude among nations will have to be developed. It is not yet present.
5. The new world order will not impose a uniform type of government, a synthetic religion and a system of standardization upon the nations. The sovereign rights of each nation will be recognized and its peculiar genius, individual trends and racial qualities will be permitted full expression. In one particular only should there be an attempt to produce unity, and that will be in the field of education.
6. The new world order will recognize that the produce of the world, the natural resources of the planet and its riches, belong to no one nation but should be shared by all. There will be no nations under the category "haves" and others under the opposite category. A fair and properly organized distribution of the wheat, the oil and the mineral wealth of the world will be developed, based upon the needs of each nation, upon its own internal resources and the requirements of its people. All this will be worked out in relation to the whole.

7. In the preparatory period for the new world order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament. It will not be optional. No nation will be permitted to produce and organize any equipment for destructive purposes or to infringe the security of any other nation.
These are the simple and general premises upon which the new world order must begin its work. These preliminary stages must be kept fluid and experimental; the vision of possibility must never be lost, and the foundations must be preserved inviolate, but the intermediate processes and the experimentations must be carried forward by men who, having the best interests of the whole at heart, can change the detail of organization whilst preserving the life of the organism.
The objective of their work can be summed up thus: the new world order will facilitate the establishing of right human relations, based on justice, on the recognition of inherited rights, on opportunity for all - irrespective of gender, race, color or creed - on the suppression of crime and selfishness through right education, and on the recognition of divine potentialities in man as well as the recognition of a divine directing Intelligence in Whom man lives, and moves and has his being.

UN NOUVEL ORDRE MONDIAL
ORIENTÉ VERS LE BIEN COMMUN
pour le bien-être de toute la création



Certaines prémisses spirituelles importantes doivent servir de base à toute tentative de formulation d'un nouvel ordre mondial.

1. L'ordre mondial nouveau doit répondre au besoin immédiat, et non à une tentative de satisfaire quelque vision idéaliste et lointaine.

2. L'ordre mondial nouveau sera basé sur la reconnaissance que tous les  hommes sont égaux par l'origine et le but, mais tous à des stades différents d'évolution ; que l'intégrité personnelle, l'intelligence, la vision, l'expérience et une bonne volonté marquée, devraient désigner les gouvernants. […] L'autorité du travail sur le capital ou du capital sur le travail doit disparaître aussi.

3. Dans l'ordre mondial nouveau, le corps gouvernant de toute nation devrait être composé de ceux qui travaillent pour le plus grand bien du plus grand nombre et qui, en même temps, offrent leur chance à tous, en veillant à ce que la liberté individuelle soit respectée.

4. L'ordre mondial nouveau sera fondé sur un sens actif de la responsabilité. La règle sera "tous pour un, et un pour tous". Cette attitude devra être développée entre les nations. Elle n'est pas encore présente.

5. L'ordre mondial nouveau n'imposera pas aux nations un type uniforme de gouvernement, une religion de synthèse ou un système de standardisation. Les droits souverains de chaque nation seront reconnus, ainsi que son génie particulier ; les tendances individuelles, les qualités raciales pourront s'exprimer pleinement. Dans un seul domaine, il faudrait tenter de réaliser l'unité, dans le domaine de l'éducation.

6. L'ordre mondial nouveau reconnaîtra que les produits du monde, les ressources naturelles de la planète et ses richesses n'appartiennent à aucune nation en particulier, mais doivent être partagés par tous. Il n'y aura pas de nations dans la catégorie des "possédantes" et d'autres dans la catégorie opposée. Une distribution équitable et convenablement organisée du blé, du pétrole et des richesses minérales du monde entier se développera, basée sur les besoins de chaque nation, sur ses ressources intérieures et sur les besoins de son peuple. Tout ceci sera exécuté en relation avec le tout.

7. Dans la période préparatoire à l'ordre mondial nouveau il y aura un désarmement régulier et contrôlé. Ce ne sera pas facultatif. Il ne sera permis à aucune nation de produire et d'organiser des équipements à des fins de destruction ou d'enfreindre à la sécurité de toute autre nation.

Voici les prémisses simples et générales sur lesquelles l'ordre mondial nouveau doit commencer à travailler. Ces stades préliminaires doivent être maintenus fluides et expérimentaux ; la vision de ce qui est possible ne doit jamais être perdue et les fondations doivent demeurer inviolées, mais les processus intermédiaires et les expérimentations doivent être menés par des hommes qui, ayant à cœur l'intérêt supérieur de tous, peuvent changer le détail de l'organisation, tout en sauvegardant la vie de l'organisme.

L'objectif peut se résumer ainsi : le nouvel ordre mondial facilitera l'établissement de justes relations humaines, basées sur la justice, la reconnaissance des droits hérités, des chances égales pour tous – quelles que soient la race, la couleur et la croyance – sur la suppression du crime et de l'égoïsme par une éducation adéquate, sur la reconnaissance de pouvoirs divins chez l'homme, ainsi que sur une reconnaissance d'une Intelligence divine dirigeante, en Laquelle l'homme a la vie, le mouvement et l'être.
