Les amis , la famille

Famille et amis se sont tous régalés des "empanadas" qu'avait préparés Maria Lia. Évidemment l'espagnol était la langue officielle et le père de Justin et moi étions un peu dépassés mais heureux de se retrouver pour un soir en Amérique du Sud. Que les amies soient du Venezuela, de Colombie ou d'Argentine, je les ai trouvées toutes très jolies.

Les hommes ont un moment disparu dans la pièce cinéma car c'était le "Super Bowl 2012" le match de football le plus regardé au monde. Les femmes aussi se sont précipitées à la télé pour voir Madonna s'exhiber sur l'écran lors de la mi temps. Impeccable évidemment.

Family and friends enjoyed the "empanadas" that Maria Lia had stuffed with a delicious farce . Of course beer, wine and lemoncello . I found the girls extremely lively and pretty would they be from Argentina, Columbia or Venezuela . Of course spanish was spoken and I must say that Justin's father and myself we were a bit puzzled to live an evening in South America...A lovely evening I must say .

Fot a while the men dissapeared in the home movie room as it was The "Super Bowl" 2012 night . The women watch the incredible Madona's show at half time pause . Impeccable of course .

Nicole, la jeune femme en rouge est l'amie d'école de Agustina. C'est en venant lui rendre visite il y a près de 5 ans que Agustina a rencontré Justin... Pas d'autres solutions s'il voulait la garder que de l'épouser. Même histoire pour Romina et Andrew qui a l'air aussi irlandais qu'elle a l'air vénézuélienne... Mariée et installée ici depuis un an seulement elle ne parle pas encore couramment anglais. Comme son anglais à lui est approximatif, ils semblent s'entendre parfaitement bien en italien !!! Magnifique ce brassage de cultures dans ce pays. Margarita, la sœur d'Agustina, a épousé elle, un ami d'enfance, un Argentin que sa sœur avait retrouvé ici mais Mathias ici depuis plus de 10 ans est très américain dit-elle.

Nicole on red on this picture is Agustina high school's friend . They met at 17.. In fact it is when visiting her that my friend met Justin . If you madly fell in love with a latino in this country , if you want to keep her here , you simply have to marry her. What he did . And so did Andrew looking so Irish to keep his Romina born in Venezuela ! She doen't speak great english yet, so they converse.... in italian ! Margarita when she visits her sister reconnect ith a young argentinian , friend of the family , a boy she used to know youger . He married her as well to make sure she could stay but as he lives here for over 10 years she finds him quite american , specially since he loves play sation ! All those young men work extremely hard and incredible hours ( 50 hours are not exceptional per week) but I must say that in France they could not at their age ( 30) assume the positions and live in the comfort they afford here .
