Sushi's new bar

Moi, je trouvais que nous avions dîné avec notre encas de 4 heures, mais c'était sans compter l'appétit de mes amis . A 18h sur le chemin du retour nous étions bientôt tous les 3 installés dans un sushi bar aussi délicieux qu'un autre .Les fiancés étant allé de leur côté regarder les alliances ! Un nouveau régal .
Pas grand chose à voir en effet avec les sushis ou les sashimis que nous trouvons dans les supermarchés en Europe .Le poisson est si frais qu'on ne se rend même pas compte qu'il est cru , tant il fond dans la bouche . Le riz est assaisonné juste à point . Je deviens fin connaisseur déjà . Je peux même maintenant distinguer les sakés et dire mes préférences . Il y avait dans ce restaurant ce jeune garçon qui découpait pour en décorer les plats des feuilles de bambou . Il le faisait très attentivement mais rapidement avec un couteau de cuisine ordinaire . Admirez le travail !Je ne vous dis même pas ce qu'il parvenait à faire avec les concombres et les radis .

The little vegie bar 's delight didn't seem enough for my friend's appetite and soon we were installed , the 3 of us , as the fiancés were now checking wedding bands , in a new sushi bar on our way home ! Again the very very fresh fish was such a treat and I did appreciate more and more sake . This young cook was cutting some bamboo leaves to decorate the sushis plate and was doing it with an incredible dexterity . Judge the impressive results ! You guess what he can do with radishs and cucumbers!
I thought that was the end of our evening but not at all . Just outside the restaurant we met non only a cat but a friend . A friend Tatsuo had not seen for a while as he had a very important operation for the lung's cancer he developped . He had 3 ribs removed and wanted to celebrate his return to social life so we found a wine bar near by . Just as the sake bar the wine bar was tiny with 6 or 7 stools . A jazzy music , beautiful glasses , and a great argentinian malbec put an end to an other fabulous day !The Universe is so good with me !
