Couchsurfing is a site you can join which put you in connection with people liking travellers and ready to offer them a couch or a bed for a night or 2. Samuel got in touch with me . He is himself travelling somewhere in Greece at the moment as part as his big project to walk from Spain to Népal on a 2 to 3 years 's walk !!!But he said he had a best friend in Rockhampton , a german doctor pathologist named Monika and surely she would be more than happy to put us up and she was. So we had a very very nicz time with her in the big farming capital and rodeo center . As she was working we went to visit an aboriginal centre and you see me here trying to throw a boomerang ! on the thursday night Anne and I went to the station at midnight waiting to catch the train supposed to pass by 3:13am the friday ! only to realise at 3:20 that if it was yes leaving Brisbane on the friday it was only in the night of the saturday that it will arrive in Rocky !!! You should have seen us both trying to sleep on a banch . We did dare to wake up Monika who came and pick us up in the middle of the night and give us a bed back . The following night we were in our train for Proserpine some 600 kms upper ! Thanks Monika !
