International Food Festival

A delight for the eyes and the tongues this Fidji, Samoa and Cook's cuisine competition
This festival is held once a year and of course everyone attends !


There were only about 20 stalls of delicacy and a show . Miss South Pacific 2006 was there .

Then many dancers and local singers were entertaining us from 5 to 9 pm on the open ground .

We tried some crab meat in coco cream served in a half coconut shef, a delicacy from an outter island . It was delicious.
