Paihia

Le second soir j’étais à Paihia à 250 Kms d’Auckland , dans la maison de plage de Capitaine Bob , un hostel magnifique avec vue sur la mer , living room ensoleillé, des couchers de soleils magnifiques , dans une chambre calme et bien orientée. Et j’y étais si bien que je savais déjà que j’y serai encore le lendemain. Il y a temps à faire à Pahia , nager avec les dauphins, visiter la baie des îles en bateau, passer par le Trou dans le rocher ou visiter la maison où fut signé le traité de Waitangi . Pour ma part je choisis de dépenser mes dollars chez une masseuse car une partie du cou n’est pas encore remise et la tension du premier jour de conduite s’y fait sentir. Jackie me soulage au moins momentanément et m’invite spontanément à revenir dîner.En attendant j'avais rencontré cette ravissante anglaise Hannah que vous voyez sur la photo en bas ! Une autre joie .

To day I am in beautiful Paihia, a tourist magnet ! At Captain Bob’s beachhouse . It is so clean and so confortable with such view that it must be difficult to match . Delightful sun filled common area, big kitchen, big balcony with a view on the sea and the yellow beach. It is such a joy to be there! Nikie the lady who runs it makes you so much feel at home that already I will stay one more day! There is plenty to do here between sailing around the islands, visiting the Waitangi Treaty Housed the National Maori Reserve, take the ferry for Russel( Nation first capital!) , swim with the dolphins, or see the Haruru falls
I will chose to spend my money at a massage parlour instead
As my neck tensed by the famous first day of driving is stiff again.
The lady masseur Jackie would right away invite me to come back to share dinner by 6pm.
I have met there this lively english girl Hannah on the road for a while which reminds me of my sweet Hannanh O' Sullivan from Clifden I miss so very much .Love you both , my Hannah...s.
