Get up early
Get the boat ready
Go fishing
Do a scenic tour on the river
Get home for some coffee:biscuits
Read the newspaper maybe.
Visit the neighbour’s house for sale just to see !
Decide it worths only 360000 dollars NZ and not 400000 as expected.
1/3 of the price of the same size house at home ( 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, bungalow type , ½ an acre planted )
Cook some white bait (frittas)
Then go for BBQ lunch at the end of the road by the beach . A birthday lunch where you would end up invited for diner as well! Huge generosity.Great hospitality.
We had the Pavlova at 4 pm just before the roasted lamb at 6!
My friends stayed but I went home for a resting computer session in between !
